The business today was established in 1971 by Co-Owner Lawrence J Paolella Sr.  Since that time the company has grown from replacing concrete sidewalks to home renovations to its now project base of commercial renovation in the size of up 10 million dollar value.

The current business is family run with Larry Sr. as the President and M. K. Paolella as the Secretary and Treasury and office manager.  The company has maintained the family feel in the commercial business as their son Lorenzo J Paolella Jr. is behind the scenes in sales, estimating and project management.

L. J. Paolella Construction prides itself on finishing project on r before the deadline it is giving. The reason for this success is due to the hands on management of the company and its employees who treat every project as seriously as the owners.
