The business today was established in 1971 by Co-Owner Lawrence J Paolella Sr. Since that time the company has grown from replacing concrete sidewalks to home renovations to its now project base of commercial renovation in the size of up 15 million dollar value

The current business is family run with Larry Sr. as the President and Mindy Paolella as the Secretary-Treasurer and Office Manager. The company has maintained the family feel in the commercial business as their son Lorenzo J Paolella Jr. is behind the scenes in sales, estimating and project management.

L. J. Paolella Construction prides itself on finishing all projects on budget and on schedule. The reason for this success is due to the hands on management of the company and its employees who treat every project as seriously as the owners.
